excitement around farm to fork
Chef Carl Joshua Ncube noted with excitement the upcoming pilot of his farm to fork Sunflower Sunset Dinners. Carl says this is not a new concept to him as he has cooked for guests in Safari Camps in Rural Villages and now gets to bring his famous Chef’s Table to a FARM. The dining experience described by Carl will take people through a multiple course dinner made using ingredients sourced directly from neighbouring farms before they even get to a supermarket and also a wine tasting experience. The guest list is very small with only limited tickets for sale
